Meridian Hall (formerly Sony Centre for the Performing Arts), Toronto’s first performing arts centre and, with a capacity of 3,191, Canada’s largest theatre, has played a defining role in the cultural life of the city for more than 50 years. Meridian Hall presents year-round programming including concerts, musical theatre, family entertainment, comedy, and dance. A “who’s who” of entertainers, politicians and other luminaries pass through its stage door.
