En 1988, Angel Forrest entame une carrière musicale prolifique qui s'étend désormais sur plus de trois décennies. Son premier album, Secondhand Blues, présente plusieurs classiques. C’est toutefois son spectacle hommage à la légendaire Janis Joplin qui la fait connaître aux yeux du grand public. Son premier album de composition originale, Here For You, s'est ensuite vendu à plus de 30 000 exemplaires et a été suivi par de plusieurs albums récompensés dont Come Alive, Mother Tongue Blues et Angel's 11. Son dernier opus live, Electric Love, a quant à lui dominé les palmarès blues à travers le monde. Comme si ce n’était pas assez, l’artiste montréalaise a été nommée chanteuse de l'année à sept reprises par la Toronto Blues Society entre 2013 et 2020, auteure- compositrice de l'année en 2014 et 2016 et finaliste du Memphis International Blues Challenge 2018. Après 2 longues années loin de la scène, Angel est maintenant de retour et, plus forte que jamais! Accompagnée de complices musiciens, Angel présentera des chansons de ses plus récents albums Angel's 11 Volume II et Get it On en plus de revisiter Hell Bent With Grace, nominé récemment aux Juno Awards, sans toutefois délaisser les classiques demandés maintes et maintes fois tout au long de sa carrière. Son nouveau spectacle vous laissera émerveillé et vous en demanderez encore et encore!
