Light Heavy Light is a 3-act show performed by Burlington’s JJ Dance Arts, that brings together an array of professional international talent. Through dance, song & multi-media, the show offers the audience the opportunity to contemplate the power in shifting perspective. It’s a performance that connects with all ages and reminds the audience of compassion, joy and gratitude. It’s a beautiful way to close the year and show up for our local children and youth that are navigating the death of a significant person in their life. All proceeds will be donated to the Lighthouse for Grieving Children and Families, a local charity that provides free, peer grief support groups for children and their families.
