Le projet « Mélodie, création et moi » est réalisé en 2024 par l’artiste Sandrine Gaudet et les 180 élèves de l’école Saint-Philippe et Mond’Ami via le programme La culture à l’école dans le volet Thématiques et interdisciplinarité. Chacune des 16 classes a sélectionné une chanson francophone. Inspirés de cette chanson (mots, images, émotions), les élèves ont entamé un processus de création en arts visuels. Grâce à leurs idées, l’artiste a conceptualisé les créations et les a accompagnés tout au long de leurs réalisations. Chaque élève a créé une œuvre individuelle et a participé à la conception de l’œuvre collective. L’exposition comprend les 16 œuvres collectives réalisées par chacune des classes. À partir de petites créations individuelles, l’artiste a assemblé le tout sur un panneau de bois où la technique mixte est à l’honneur.
